Texture your low-poly world in an afternoon. PSX Texture Library is 127 original, seamless, tileable textures in the chunky, limited-palette look of 90s console 3D. Every texture comes in 64, 128 and 256 px as small-palette indexed PNGs (max 16 / 24 / 32 colours), in plain and ordered-dither versions, made for nearest-neighbour filtering.
What you get (exact counts)
- 127 textures in 26 categories: brick 6, stone 11, cobble 6, concrete and asphalt 7, plaster 5, wood 7, metal 8, rust 3, grass 4, dirt/mud/gravel 4, sand 3, snow 2, ice 2, water 3, lava 3, tiles 7, carpet 3, fabric and wallpaper 6, sci-fi 8, hazard 3, windows 4, doors 3, signs 4 (no text), crates 4, roofing 6, foliage and moss 5
- 762 albedo PNGs (127 x 3 sizes x 2 styles)
- 254 normal maps (128 and 256 px), derived from each texture height field
- 104 atlas sheets + JSON rects (64 and 128 px, per category)
- 762 Godot 4 materials (.tres), nearest filtering, normals assigned at 128/256, lava and lit windows emissive
- Godot 4 demo room (open the folder as a project, F5) with 12 world-space materials
- Seams checked by code: every file re-opened, tiled 3x3, seam vs interior compared; tiled previews included
How to use
- Godot 4.3+: open the folder as a project, or copy textures/ and materials/ into yours keeping paths. Drag a .tres onto a mesh; raise uv1_scale (e.g. 4,4,1) to tile. Import > Compress > Mode = Lossless for crisp pixels.
- Unity: import the PNGs, Filter Mode = Point, Wrap Mode = Repeat, compression None. Normal maps are OpenGL (+Y). (Not tested in a Unity project by the author.)
- Unreal: import PNGs, Texture Group = Pixels2D or filter Nearest, Address = Wrap; flip the green channel on normal maps (OpenGL to DirectX). (Not tested in Unreal by the author.)
- Blender: Image Texture node, Interpolation = Closest, Extension = Repeat; normal map via a Normal Map node.
Honest limits
- Code-generated: stylised and tidy, not photoreal or hand-painted.
- Windows, doors, signs and crates fill the tile - seamless, but best one per face or as decals, not endless repeats.
- No normal maps at 64 px; no 256 px atlas. Materials are Godot 4 only. No PSX vertex-snap/affine shader, models or audio included.
Try first: the free Lite pack has 20 textures (all sizes, plain + dither, normals, Godot materials).

Files (each under 9 MB, each zip works on its own): 1-core (all 64 and 128 px textures, 128 normals, materials, demo room), 2-atlases, 3-256px-brick-to-doors, 4-256px-fabric-to-rust, 5-256px-sand-to-wood. Unzip any combination into one folder; they merge.
